I will also miss Mark, his work as an artist and a children's presenter has inspired thousands including myself, plus his Saturday moring ITV show from the mid 90's was unforgettable. It's so sad to hear him go the way he did, I just can't imagen the emotional pain he was going through after losing his fiancée.

Very powerful and emotional image, thank you for remembering Mark for how he was before his suffering, not many people have done something like this on DA.

Thanks maylee, I loved the sparkling personallity Mark had on his shows, and I wanted to remember that most.

I've been watching him most days 13 years now, all my life and..Until now !

This whole thing feels too surreal... It's so sad when someone so many people have grown up watching is gone in what seems like a moment.

he was such an inspiration; to enjoy doing art. When i heard he hanged himself, i was sure they got it wrong, not Mark. A happy, joking, silly, friendly bucket full of joy.....hang himself? OMG.

I watched him since childhood and he was such a great person, it is a major loss and shock.
